iVenza $5,000 Giveaway - Official Rules

Last updated: July 20, 2026. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

The iVenza $5,000 Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Show Up Show Out LLC, operating as iVenza, 2125 Biscayne Blvd, Ste 204 #10150, Miami, Florida 33137 ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any app store. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor at help@susos.co, not to Apple or Google.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and their immediate family members and households are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, in all other United States territories and possessions, outside the United States, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. You are responsible for complying with the terms of your wireless carrier and any data charges.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the Start Date and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the first anniversary of the Start Date (the "End Date"), together the "Sweepstakes Period." Entries are accepted throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

If iVenza reaches ten thousand (10,000) paid subscribers before the End Date, entry closes at that moment and the grand-prize drawing is conducted as described in Section 6.

If iVenza has not reached ten thousand (10,000) paid subscribers by the End Date, the Sponsor will, within thirty (30) days after the End Date, do one of the following and post which one on this page:

• conduct the grand-prize drawing described in Section 6 among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, and award the grand prize; or
• close this Sweepstakes without a drawing and announce a successor sweepstakes under separate Official Rules. In that case every entry you earned during this Sweepstakes Period will be carried forward and honored as an entry in the successor sweepstakes at the same weight, with no action required by you, and you may continue to earn entries there. Entries are carried forward only for entrants who remain eligible under Section 2 and whose entries were not void under these Official Rules.

The Sponsor makes no representation that the ten thousand (10,000) paid-subscriber threshold will be reached. Entry is free at all times under Section 4 regardless of whether the threshold is reached.

4. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

There are three entry methods, and every entry carries equal weight in the drawing:

• Free entry (Alternative Method of Entry / AMOE). Create a free iVenza account and, in the app, open the Giveaway screen and tap "Enter for free." This gives you one (1) entry at no cost. Alternatively, mail a 3x5 card with your full name, address, email, and date of birth to: Sponsor at the address in Section 1, marked "iVenza $5,000 Giveaway - AMOE." Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person; mail-in entries must be postmarked by the End Date and received within five (5) business days after the End Date. Each person may hold only one (1) baseline entry, whether obtained by the free in-app method, the mail-in method, or by subscribing.
• Subscriber entry. If you are a paid iVenza subscriber during the Sweepstakes Period, you automatically receive one (1) baseline entry. This entry is equivalent to, and gives no advantage over, the free entry in this Section - subscribing is not required to enter or win and does not improve your odds for the baseline entry.
• Referral entries (bonus). You may earn one (1) additional entry for each friend who joins iVenza using your referral code and becomes a paid subscriber during the Sweepstakes Period. Referring friends is free and does not require a purchase by you. A maximum of one hundred (100) referral entries may be earned per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period; referrals beyond that limit earn no further entries. Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, purchased or incentivized sign-ups, and any other manipulation of the referral system are prohibited and void the entries obtained through them.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries. Use of any automated system or bot to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. Prizes

Grand Prize: one (1) grand prize of US $5,000, awarded by check or ACH transfer at the Sponsor's election, payable only to the confirmed winner. No secondary prizes are offered. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes: US $5,000. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The grand-prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries, with each entrant's chance of winning proportional to that entrant's number of entries. The drawing is conducted by the Sponsor using a random, reproducible, and auditable selection process; the drawing is final and binding. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or in-app notification within five (5) business days of the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days and, where required, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release, and provide a completed IRS Form W-9. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond or return required documents in time, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the prize value is $600 or more, the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner (and to the IRS) for the value of the prize, and the winner must provide a valid taxpayer identification number (W-9) before the prize is paid.

8. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the iVenza app, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity, in which case a winner may be selected from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action taken.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, errors, or failures of any kind.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the iVenza Privacy Policy and is used to administer the Sweepstakes. By entering, you consent to the use of your information for these purposes.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, city/state, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to this promotion will be resolved as set out in the dispute-resolution provisions (including binding arbitration and the class action waiver) of the iVenza Terms of Service.

13. Winners List

To request the name of the grand-prize winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor at the address in Section 1, marked "iVenza $5,000 Giveaway - Winner Request," within ninety (90) days after the drawing.
