Your Privacy Choices

Last updated: July 29, 2026

This is the one page for controlling the data Show Up Show Out LLC ("iVenza," "we," "us") holds about you. From here you can see and download your data, correct it, delete your account, and decide how your information is used and shared. Most of it is self-serve and takes a few taps. If you cannot sign in - you lost access, your gym set your account up for you, or you already removed the app - use the request form at the bottom and a person will handle it.

Manage or delete my account Sign in on the web to download a copy of your data, change what you share, or permanently delete your account. No app install needed. I cannot sign in Send us a privacy request instead. We will verify who you are and then action it, usually well inside 30 days.

Prefer the app? Everything below also lives under More → Data & Sharing (data, analytics, backup and deletion), More → Reminders (email and text preferences), and More → My gyms & teams (what each coach or gym can see).

1. See and download your data

Your training records are yours. You can read everything back inside the app at any time, and export a machine-readable copy whenever you want:

  • On the web: my.ivenza.app/data → Download my data. You get a single JSON file covering your sessions, workouts, runs, weight entries, nutrition log, and competitions, with a count of how many records came from each area.
  • In the app: More → Data & Sharing → Export a backup for a full JSON backup of every record on your device, or Export training for a readable Markdown summary.

Exports contain your own entries only, never another athlete's. If you want a copy of something an export does not cover, ask through the request form and we will put it together.

2. Correct your data

Almost everything in iVenza is editable in place: open the record and edit it. Your name, birthdate, contact details, physical stats, disciplines, and training history live under More → Profile. Individual sessions, workouts, runs, meals, and results can be edited or deleted from their own detail screens.

If something is wrong in a record you cannot edit yourself - a rank a coach recorded, a gym's membership or attendance record, an entry on a roster - contact that gym or coach directly, since it is their record about you. If they will not fix it, tell us through the request form and we will help.

3. Delete your account and your data

You can delete your iVenza account and its data yourself, permanently. This cannot be undone, so download a copy first if you want one.

  • On the web, without installing anything: my.ivenza.app/data → Delete account.
  • In the app: More → Data & Sharing → Delete account.
  • Without signing in: use the request form. We will confirm your identity before we delete anything.

What gets deleted

Your profile and login, your training and health records (sessions, workouts, runs, weight and body entries, nutrition, sleep, hydration, supplements), your technique library and notes, your competitions, your messages, and the photos and videos you uploaded. Your gym and team memberships end.

What we keep, and why

A small set of records survives account deletion because the law requires it, or because the record belongs to an organization rather than to us:

  • Signed documents - liability waivers, membership agreements, and fight contracts you signed are the gym's or promotion's legal record, kept for their liability and dispute-resolution period.
  • Tax forms - a Form W-9 you submitted to a promotion is retained for tax reporting. We never store your full taxpayer ID in the app; only the last four digits are kept.
  • Event compliance records - medical clearances and licensing documents you provided for a sanctioned event.
  • Payment records - transaction and invoice records needed for accounting, tax, and chargeback handling.

Our full data retention schedule lists every category and how long it is held.

If you own a gym, team, or promotion: transfer ownership to someone else first, or delete the organization. We block deletion of the last owner of a live organization so its members do not lose their roster, schedule, and billing overnight. The app tells you if this applies and where to go.

4. Choose how your data is used

Product analytics and diagnostics

We collect anonymous usage stats and crash diagnostics to find what is broken and what people cannot find. No training, health, or personal content is ever included, we use no third-party advertising or tracking scripts, and we set no advertising cookies.

That switch covers this website and is stored in your browser, so it applies to this browser only. For the app and the web app, use the Share usage & diagnostics switch at my.ivenza.app/data or under More → Data & Sharing - that one is saved to your account and follows you to every device you sign in on. We also honor your browser's Do Not Track setting here.

Email

Email is controlled per category, so you can keep the ones you need and drop the rest. Set them under More → Reminders in the app or at my.ivenza.app/data:

  • All email - one master switch that turns everything below off.
  • Receipts and confirmations - payments, bookings, tickets.
  • Owner alerts - if you run a gym: new members, payment failures.
  • Engagement - messages, shared plans, and notifications from your gym.
  • Content - new material in the library you follow.
  • Gym marketing - promotions from gyms you belong to.
  • Announcements - product and platform news from us.
  • Product tips - feature suggestions and check-ins from us.

Every marketing email also carries a one-click unsubscribe link that works without signing in. Note that a few messages are transactional and are always sent while your account is open - a payment receipt or a security notice, for example.

Text messages

If a gym you belong to sends texts, you can turn off all texts or just marketing texts under More → Reminders in the app or at my.ivenza.app/data. You can also reply STOP to any message to stop texts from that sender immediately, and START to resume. Message and data rates may apply.

Push notifications

Choose which reminders you get under More → Reminders, or switch off notifications for iVenza entirely in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Notifications; Android: Settings → Apps → Notifications).

Health and device permissions

Health data, location, camera, photos, and contacts are only read after you grant permission, and you can revoke any of them at any time in your device settings. Health data imported from Apple Health or Health Connect stays on your device and in your own account, and is never shared with a gym unless you turn on that sharing category yourself.

5. Choose how your data is shared

What your coach or gym can see

Joining a gym or team does not hand over your whole account. Sharing is per-category and per-organization, and you control it: open More → My gyms & teams, pick the gym, and switch off anything you would rather keep private. Training time and sessions, techniques and notes, strength and conditioning, runs, competitions and camps, weight, sleep, nutrition and hydration, and profile details are each their own switch. Turn one off and that gym's coaches stop seeing it immediately. If you leave the gym, their access ends.

Public listings are opt-in

Nothing about you is published to strangers unless you switch it on yourself. That includes the fighter marketplace, the recruiting profile scouts can search, and a creator storefront. Each is off by default, each can be switched back off, and switching it off removes you from search results.

Leaderboards are on by default

Leaderboards are the one exception: your name can appear on training leaderboards to other iVenza users unless you turn it off. Open More → Profile and switch off Show me on leaderboards, and you disappear from them.

We do not sell or share your personal information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising - the two things California law defines as "sale" and "sharing." We have never done so, including in the preceding 12 months, and we do not run third-party ad trackers on our website or in our apps. There is nothing to opt out of here, but the analytics and marketing switches above are yours regardless.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to run the service - hosting, payments, email, text messaging, and error reporting. They may only process your data to provide their service to us. Every one of them is named in our subprocessor list.

6. Family and guardian controls

iVenza is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have, we delete it. The community and creator feeds - the parts of iVenza where people post to each other - are switched off entirely for anyone under 13.

Athletes aged 13 to 17 can use iVenza with limits: they cannot list themselves on the fighter marketplace, cannot enter the sweepstakes or the affiliate program, and cannot appear in a recruiting search until a parent or guardian approves it - health data is withheld from those profiles and their city is hidden.

A parent or guardian can review and withdraw that approval from More → Family, and can make any request on this page on their child's behalf - choose parent or guardian on the request form. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, tell us at help@susos.co and we will remove it.

7. Your rights where you live

The controls above are open to everyone, wherever you are. Some places also give you legal rights on top:

California (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to limit our use of sensitive personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing - which, as above, we do not do. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights: your account, features, and price stay exactly the same. You may use an authorized agent to make a request; pick authorized agent on the form and we will ask for proof of authorization.

European Union and United Kingdom (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, and object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting what came before. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.

Students and schools (FERPA)

When a school, college, or district uses iVenza, records about a student are education records controlled by that institution, and we handle them under its instructions. Students and parents should direct access, correction, and deletion requests to the school. Our Trust Center covers how education mode works.

Make a privacy request

Use this if you cannot sign in, if you are a parent or guardian acting for an athlete under 18, or if you want something the self-serve controls do not cover. You do not need an account to submit it.

We verify before we act. Anyone can type an email address into a form, so we will confirm you control the account before we delete or release anything. Submitting this changes nothing on its own.

We use what you enter here only to handle your request. We log a one-way hash of your IP address to stop abuse of this form, and nothing else.

Request received ✓

Thank you. We have emailed you a confirmation, and we will reply within 10 business days. We may ask you to verify your identity before we action anything.

How to reach us

Email help@susos.co for anything on this page. We acknowledge privacy requests within 10 business days and complete them within 30 days, or tell you why we need longer - up to the extension the law allows.
