Pricing and fee schedule

Last reviewed: August 11, 2026

iVenza charges 1% of each payment you take through the platform. There is no monthly software bill, no setup fee, no per-member charge and no contract. Card processing is billed separately by Stripe, at Stripe's own rate, directly to your own Stripe account. This page is the complete schedule, with worked examples, so you can see exactly what reaches your bank before you set a price.

1. The whole schedule

WhatAmountCharged by
iVenza platform fee 1% of the payment iVenza (Show Up Show Out LLC)
Card processing, online and in-app 2.9% + $0.30 Stripe
Card processing, in person (card reader or Tap to Pay) 2.7% + $0.05 Stripe
Monthly software subscription None -
Setup, onboarding, per-member or per-coach charges None -
Cash or check payments you record by hand No fee -

Stripe's rates above are Stripe's published US list prices as of August 2026. Stripe sets them, not us, and they can change; an international card, a currency conversion or negotiated pricing on your account will differ. Always check stripe.com/pricing for the current rates that apply to your account.

2. What you actually keep

Both fees come out of your side. The member is charged exactly the price you set and never more. For a membership paid by card in the app:

Member paysStripeiVenza (1%)You keepAll in
$50.00$1.75$0.50$47.754.50%
$100.00$3.20$1.00$95.804.20%
$150.00$4.65$1.50$143.854.10%
$200.00$6.10$2.00$191.904.05%
$250.00$7.55$2.50$239.954.02%

Taken in person at a card reader, the same payments cost less, because Stripe's card-present rate is lower: a $150 payment nets $144.40 (3.73% all in) instead of $143.85.

The all-in percentage falls as the price rises, because Stripe's flat 30 cents is a bigger share of a small payment than a large one. That is also why taking a $5 drop-in by card is poor value: fees are 10% of it. The app warns you when you price something in that range, and the Fees & payouts screen inside the app runs this same calculation on your own prices.

3. Who charges what, and why there are two numbers

Every payment on iVenza is a Stripe Connect direct charge on your Stripe account. You are the merchant of record for what you sell. Money goes from your member to your account and out to your bank on your own payout schedule; it never sits in an iVenza balance.

Because of that, Stripe bills you for processing the card the same way it would if you had built your own checkout. We do not set that rate, we do not add a markup to it, and we do not receive any part of it. Our 1% is charged separately, as a Stripe application fee, and is deducted automatically as each payment is made. There is nothing to invoice and nothing to pay separately.

The 1% applies to payments taken through iVenza: membership dues, coach bookings and private sessions, class packs, event and camp tickets, pro-shop and point-of-sale purchases, merchandise orders, creator subscriptions and content, and payment links.

4. What the 1% pays for

  • The apps: your coach dashboard, the member app and the web console, plus the offline sync that keeps them working when the gym WiFi does not.
  • The payments plumbing: Stripe onboarding, payment links, card readers, receipts, refunds, retrying failed cards, and the backup payment link that keeps you taking money even during an outage on our side.
  • Reaching your members: push notifications, email and text messages for reminders, announcements and campaigns.
  • The AI features: turning a whiteboard photo into a workout, drafting a message to a member, building a lesson plan, reading a season schedule off a PDF.
  • Hosting, backups, security, support, and continuing to build the product.

You pay it only when you get paid. In a month where you take no payments, you owe us nothing.

5. When there is no fee

  • Cash and check. Dues you record by hand never touch a card or a processor, and carry no fee from us or from Stripe.
  • Comped memberships and anything priced at zero.
  • Family plans. The fee applies once, to the payment itself, not to each person covered by it.
  • Months with no payments. The fee is charged per payment, not as a recurring bill.

6. Refunds

When you refund a payment, our 1% goes back with it: in full on a full refund, and proportionally on a partial one. Stripe does not return its processing fee on a refund. That is Stripe's policy rather than ours, and it is the reason a refunded payment still costs you Stripe's share.

7. The one buyer-facing fee

Ticket payment links add a flat $5.00 card fee as a separate line at checkout. That one is charged to the buyer rather than deducted from you, and it appears on their receipt. It does not apply to tickets bought inside the app, or to any other kind of payment.

8. App Store and Google Play subscriptions

iVenza's own premium subscriptions bought inside the mobile app are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under that store's terms, and those stores take their own commission. That is separate from this schedule, which covers the real-world payments you take from your own members and customers. No iVenza platform fee is charged on an app-store subscription.

9. Changes to this schedule

This page is the current fee schedule and is referenced by our Terms of Service. If the fees change, the new schedule is published here before it takes effect, and the same figures appear on the Fees & payouts screen in the app. Stripe's own rates are outside our control and are set by Stripe.

10. Questions

If a number on one of your payouts does not look right, write to help@susos.co with the gym name and the date of the payment and we will walk through it with you. A person reads it.
