Common questions about switching

Which apps can I move from?

The importer reads exports from Mindbody, Zen Planner, GymDesk, Kicksite, and PushPress, plus any spreadsheet or CSV. If your members only live on paper, paste the names in or take a photo of the printed roster and iVenza reads it.

Will my members' recurring dues lapse when we switch?

No. The importer brings your payment history across and moves recurring dues onto your own Stripe account, so members keep paying on schedule. On a call, our team plans the billing switch with you before anything changes.

What does the white-glove call involve?

You pick a time, we meet for about 30 minutes, and our team handles the move with you: importing members, belts, and history, setting up your classes, schedule, and billing, and showing your coaches and front desk how it works. You keep a contact on our team through your first weeks.

Does this work for teams and clubs, not just gyms?

Yes. Clubs, teams, and schools move their rosters, schedules, and records the same way. Schools and universities can also book an institutional onboarding call from the Schools page.

How do my members get into the app?

Once your roster is in, send everyone a one-tap email or text. Each member downloads iVenza and claims their own profile with their belts and history already there.
