For schools & universities

Every team you field, on one license.

Athletic departments end up with a different tool per sport and paperwork in a filing cabinet. iVenza puts every team on one platform, with the membership-billing side switched off, because a school is not a gym.

What you get

Every team, one roster system

Football, basketball, wrestling, soccer, track, and everything else on one license, with staff assigned per team.

Schedules and attendance

Practices, games, and meets on one calendar, with attendance and participation tracked per athlete across the season.

Eligibility and forms

Physicals, consent forms, and required paperwork collected as signed documents with dates and expiry, so you can see at a glance who is cleared.

Guardian accounts

Parents and guardians get their own linked account to approve participation and see what their athlete is doing, without you chasing paper.

Multi-sport athletes, handled

One athlete on three teams stays one record, so their training load and availability are visible across the whole department.

No commerce in the way

Dues, retail, payroll, and marketing surfaces are hidden for schools and colleges, so staff see the coaching tools and nothing else.

Other audiences

iVenza is one platform with several front doors

The athlete you coach, the scout who finds them, and the school they compete for are all on the same system. Pick the door that fits you.

FAQ

Common questions

How is this priced for a school?

Institutions are licensed directly and invoiced by purchase order rather than paying per coach in an app store. The license can also cover premium features for the athletes on your rosters. Contact us and we will scope it with you.

Do we have to set it up ourselves?

No. Institutional onboarding is done with you: we migrate rosters, set up your teams, and train your staff. Book a call and we will handle the build.

What about student data and minors?

Athletes under 13 are blocked from social and discovery features entirely, and 13 to 17 year olds require guardian consent before any recruiting profile is visible. We do not advertise, sell data, or profile students. Full detail is in our Trust Center and privacy policy.

Can you complete our due-diligence review?

Yes. Our Trust Center publishes the sub-processor register, data retention schedule, accessibility conformance statement, and Parents’ Bill of Rights. On request we send the data privacy agreement, data map, completed HECVAT or K-12 CVAT, incident response plan, and state compliance matrix. If your district has its own DPA form or uses the SDPC National DPA, we would rather sign yours.

Do you have a SOC 2 report?

Not yet, and we will not imply otherwise. A SOC 2 Type II is planned but no auditor is engaged. If your procurement policy requires an existing SOC 2, we are not a fit today. The Trust Center lists every gap alongside the controls we do operate, so you can judge us on an accurate picture rather than finding out in week three of a review.

Is iVenza accessible under ADA Title II?

We audited to WCAG 2.2 Level AA in July 2026 and publish an accessibility conformance statement with our three known exceptions, none of which sit on a student’s path. Title II compliance dates are April 26, 2027 for populations of 50,000 or more and April 26, 2028 below that.
