For promoters & matchmakers

Build the card, book the fighters, and clear fight night.

Matchmaking usually runs on group chats, a spreadsheet, and a folder of emailed bloodwork. iVenza gives a promotion its own toolset - and its own app, not a gym app with the word gym crossed out.

What you get

An opt-in fighter marketplace

Search fighters who published a fight resume - record, weight class, reach, and highlight links - instead of asking around for who is available.

Fight cards that hold the detail

Build an event, order the bouts with the main event on top, and fill each slot with an in-app fighter or an off-app prospect from your pipeline.

Offers fighters answer from their phone

Send a bout offer with the purse and an expiry. Accepting books the slot and joins the fighter to your promotion, so chat, documents, and their checklist all just work.

A compliance board, not an inbox

Bloodwork, eye exams, physicals, photos, W-9s, and contracts tracked per fighter per event - with expiry judged at fight night, and a daily reminder chasing what is missing.

Contracts signed without an account

Send your own agreement as a PDF with the signature boxes placed where you want them. The fighter signs from a link - no login - and both sides get the stamped copy.

Every fighter sells their own tickets

Give each fighter on the card their own allocation so fans buy from the fighter they came for, and watch the whole board roll up live.

Other audiences

iVenza is one platform with several front doors

The athlete you coach, the scout who finds them, and the school they compete for are all on the same system. Pick the door that fits you.

FAQ

Common questions

Is a promotion just a gym with different words?

No. A promotion is its own kind of organization. The app reshapes around it: the navigation becomes fight cards, fighters, and your pipeline instead of classes and lesson plans, the dashboard opens to upcoming events with open slots and offers awaiting an answer, and the gym-only tools - class timetables, membership dues, attendance - are simply not there.

How do fighters get on my card?

Two ways. Search the opt-in fighter marketplace and send a bout offer, which the fighter accepts or declines from their phone; or confirm an off-app prospect straight from your recruiting pipeline. Either way the slot fills and the fighter's compliance checklist for that event is created automatically.

What happens with medicals and paperwork?

Each confirmed fighter gets a checklist for that event covering bloodwork, eye exam, physical, photos, W-9, and the contract. They upload from their phone, your staff approve or send items back, expiry is judged against fight night rather than today, and a daily sweep chases anything missing or lapsing. A W-9 is filled into the official IRS form and the tax ID is never stored.

Can I take money through iVenza?

Yes, for ticketing. Payouts go straight to your own connected Stripe account. Purses recorded on a bout offer or contract are for the agreement only - no purse money moves through iVenza.
