For scouts & recruiters

Recruit on numbers that came from real training.

A recruiting profile is usually a highlight reel and a self-reported record. iVenza can show you training volume, consistency, and a competition record computed from what the athlete actually logged, week after week - inside a scouting toolset, not a gym app with the word gym crossed out.

What you get

Search every sport

Filter by sport, position, weight class, location, and age band, across combat, team, endurance, and strength athletes.

Verified by iVenza stats

Training volume, consistency, competition results, and conditioning markers are computed server-side from logged data, so an athlete cannot inflate them.

A real prospect pipeline

Move athletes through scouted, contacted, interest sent, accepted, and committed, with an activity log per prospect and notes your whole staff can see.

Consent built in, not bolted on

Athletes opt in to be discoverable. Under-18 profiles need an approved guardian consent before they are visible, and health data is never exposed for a minor.

Interest-gated contact

You send an interest request rather than a cold message. When the athlete accepts, a direct conversation opens automatically.

See them train, not just compete

Where the athlete has shared it, review film and training history rather than judging on a three-minute highlight edit.

A dashboard built for scouting

It opens to the prospects in play and the interests still waiting on a reply - not class attendance and dues, which a scouting program never records.

Other audiences

iVenza is one platform with several front doors

The athlete you coach, the scout who finds them, and the school they compete for are all on the same system. Pick the door that fits you.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I get a gym app with the labels changed?

No. A scouting program is its own kind of organization. The navigation becomes athlete search, your pipeline, and the interests you have sent; the dashboard opens to prospects and pending interests; and the gym-only tools - class timetables, lesson plans, membership dues, attendance - are simply not there. The guided walkthrough and the help center are written for scouts too.

Where do the verified stats come from?

From the athlete's own logged training, sessions, competitions, and connected health data, aggregated by iVenza on the server. Athletes choose which sections to publish, but they cannot edit the numbers themselves.

How are minors protected?

Athletes under 13 cannot publish a recruiting profile at all. Athletes aged 13 to 17 need a guardian to approve the profile before any scout can see it, city is hidden, and health metrics are suppressed. A guardian can withdraw approval at any time, which immediately unlists the profile.

Do athletes know when I look at them?

Browsing is not announced, but contact is: an athlete only hears from you when you send an interest request, and they choose whether to accept.
