Can it replace my current gym management software?
For most gyms and clubs, yes. Memberships, billing, classes, check-in, waivers, CRM, marketing, reporting, retail, and payroll are all built in. What makes iVenza different is that the athletes on your roster are using the same app to train, so you can see engagement, not just invoices.
How do I move my existing members over?
There is an import wizard for member lists, and our team will do the migration with you on a call if you would rather hand it off.
What does it cost to take payments?
Payments run through your own Stripe account and land in your bank. iVenza adds a 1% platform fee on top of Stripe processing, and the person paying still sees the price you listed.
