You decide by watching, whether that is film or a seat in the stands.
Film shows how an athlete moves; it rarely shows how they train when nobody is filming.
For a scout, iVenza adds the other half: a recruiting profile with the game record and stat lines for their sport, and a count of the film they have reviewed with their coach. The profile never publishes the video itself.
