Quick start

Your first ten minutes

  • Create your free account at my.ivenza.app/sign-up or in the app - email, Apple, Google, Facebook, Discord, or Microsoft.
  • Pick your sport or discipline - combat, ball and team sports, endurance, strength, or your own - and the whole app adapts its language and tools to fit.
  • Take the guided tour. A short walkthrough spotlights each area - written for whoever you signed up as, so a promoter or scout is never walked through a gym - and every major screen has its own first-open mini tour. Replay them any time from More > Support.
  • Log something. Tap the plus button, or just tell Quick Log what you did in one sentence ("hour of practice, 30 min lifting, 3 eggs for breakfast") and it files everything for you.
  • Join your gym or team with their code or link, or find them in the directory. Running something instead? Create your gym, team, school, fight promotion, or scouting program in a minute - each one reshapes the app around what it actually does.
  • Connect your health data (Apple Health or Health Connect) and set your goals and reminders so the app starts working for you on day one.

Pick the promotion type and the app reshapes around it: your tabs become fight cards, fighters, and your pipeline, your dashboard opens to upcoming events with open slots and offers awaiting an answer, and the gym tools - class timetables, dues, attendance - are simply not there.
