Connected AI apps

Talk to your training from your own AI

Ask Claude, ChatGPT, your own agent, or a model running on your computer about your training, and log a session in plain words. Your log stays in iVenza whether you open the app that day or not, so it is all there the next time you, or your coach, look.

Rolling out now. Connected AI apps is opening to a few accounts first, so it may not be on your account yet. It is for athletes 18 and older.

What you can ask

Your whole record, in plain words

Whatever your sport, the AI reads the same log the app keeps: sessions, workouts, runs, techniques, goals, schedule, events, and the workouts your coach assigned. With your yes, it can also read your weight, sleep, how you feel, your food log, and your journal.

  • "How many hours did I train this month, and how does that compare to last month?"
  • "Where is my weight against my target for my next event?"
  • "What did my coach assign me this week?"
  • "Log today: 90 minute practice, 20 minutes of drills, 3 sets of squats."
  • "Add a journal entry about how the game went."

How it works

Three steps, and you stay in charge

1. Add iVenza to your AI app

Paste https://my.ivenza.app/mcp where your AI app asks for a custom connector or MCP server. Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, and other MCP apps all take an address like this.

2. Choose what it sees

Your AI app sends you to an iVenza page that shows exactly where it will send you back. Training starts ticked. Body and health, nutrition, and journal are each a separate yes, because they can include health information, and so is letting it log new entries.

3. Ask away

Ask questions and log entries in your own words. Change what it can see, or turn it off, at any time in Connected AI apps in the app or on the web, and it stops at once.

What it can and cannot do

Built so a connected app can only help

It only adds

With your yes, it can add new entries. It can never edit or delete anything you logged yourself, and you can undo what it logs for 24 hours.

Only your own record

It reads only your data, and only the parts you ticked. It cannot read anyone else's data, message anyone, move money, or share anything.

You see everything it did

Connected AI apps lists every app you connected, what each one may see, its recent calls, and the entries it logged. Disconnect any app, or all of them at once. Changing your password does not disconnect them, so that button is how you cut every tool off.

Your own scripts and local models

Built your own agent, or running a model on your computer? Create an access key in Connected AI apps. It is shown once, iVenza keeps only a fingerprint of it, and it lasts 90 days or until you revoke it.

What an AI app does with the data you share is up to that app and its own terms; iVenza sends only what you ticked. Our Privacy Policy explains how sharing at your direction works.
